Ways to prevent fraud in buying and selling of our product:
To safeguard the rights and interests of the general consumer public, Teda Wellness Solutions Sdn Bhd decided that;
- If distributors or agents obtain the products from unknown sources the products are counterfeit. To avoid unnecessary losses, dealers and consumers are required to identify the regular authorized sales channels.
- Consumers are recommended to purchase from the company’s official authorized dealers, with the dealer’s authorization certificate, or by contacting official customer service at +6014-6717681.
- Each of our test kits contains a unique QR code that can be scanned to verify its authenticity
- Step 1: Download the TD-Labs App and create an account
- Step 2: Navigate to TD-Labs
- Step 3: Choose Self-Test brand
- Step 4: Scan the unique QR code printed on the test kit; if you are unable to pass it, it is a forgery
