To help customers navigate this new shopping experience, the vending machines feature a 49″ multi-touch screen, high resolution images with expansive products information, QR code reader to read product redemption code and cashless payment system. Each vending machine will be customized with offerings to fit each location up to 240 products to choose from trusted and reliable source of vendors. Products available in the vending machines include:

  • Over the counter remedies for allergy, pain relief, digestive health, cough and cold
  • Vitamins and supplements
  • Eye care and oral health care products
  • Children's health and on-the-go first aid items such as bandages and antiseptic cream , beauty and personal care products like shaving cream, deodorant, makeup remover

  • Ready to eat food
  • Fashion accessories

We aim to deploy 5000 units of TD Mart Vending Machine throughout West and East Malaysia in the near future catering to 5 million shoppers every day. These vending machines enhance shoppers’ convenience with strategic placements in area well-trafficked by local residents and travelers, such as university campuses, residential areas, airports, hotels, hospitals and other transportation hubs.

With this Smart Keluarga pilot program, Teda Smart Pharma adds to a growing portfolio of innovative O2O retail system that allows shoppers to shop online via TD Mall e-commerce platform and collect the purchased items from their nearest vending machine.

Smart Consuming Programme (SCP)

Smart Consuming Programme is designed to benefit shoppers, especially for the B40 group consumers who are facing financial difficulties while returning to their normal lifestyle during the endemic stage. The participating products for the Smart Consuming Programme will be supported by collaborating corporation and charity bodies, whereby every purchase of the participating products will be entitled to a 100% daily rebate in TDC (TedaCoin) form through TD-Labs app.
